Refund and Returns Policy

Whilst we hope that all of our customers are always happy, we understand that sometimes things go wrong. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will find a solution for you.

All of our standard products can be returned within 30 days of receiving your delivery. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method within 14 days of the goods being returned to our warehouse.

Custom or ‘made to order’ items cannot be returned unless there is a fault with the item.

No Fault Returns

We do our best to make the process hassle free so, if you would like to return an item, please follow these three simple steps :

  • Write to us by email at enquiries@everedge.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • We will send you a returns form. A copy should be attached to every item being returned.
  • We will be in touch to arrange a suitable date to collect your order.

A few caveats.

  • Goods must be returned in original condition and suitable packaging. If parts are used or damaged then this may impact the value of your refund.
  • If an order was delivered on a pallet, then it will need to come back on the same, or another suitable pallet. If a pallet is not available then we will not be able to arrange the return.
  • Returns that fall outside of the 30 days will be at the discretion of EverEdge.

Refunds

A full refund will be issued within 14 days of goods being received back into the warehouse. Parts that have been returned as above will be refunded in full, minus the cost of return.

Damaged or faulty items

The process to return damaged or faulty items is the same, but any damage must be reported within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Returns of damaged or faulty items will be credited in full, including all delivery charges.

Trade

Whilst there is no obligation to offer a right of return to trade customers, we understand that there may still be occasions where you need to return an order, so we do still accept trade returns. Some items may be subject to a restocking fee and this will be discussed with you when you contact us to arrange the return.
