Most smaller Classic, EasyBed and Garden Ring orders (under 20 packs) will be delivered by APC on a standard transit van. Because of their shape, Garden Rings can sometimes take an extra day to go through the APC hub so it is not unusual for an order that contains rings to be split over two deliveries.

Deliveries via courier are delivered within 1-5 working days from order.

All APC deliveries are made on a ‘leave safe’ option. Parcels will be left safe at the drivers discretion. N.B. if your order consists of multiple parcels, it is possible that APC will split the order and deliver over two days.

All larger orders which need to be shipped by pallet are delivered to kerbside on an 18 tonne lorry. Pallets of ProEdge, Halestem and Titan can only be offloaded from the side of the vehicle. Customers are required to provide offloading facilities for these items. Pallets of EverEdge Classic and Garden Rings can be offloaded on a tail lift but this must be requested if required.

We must highlight that delivery is to kerbside only but most drivers will go above and beyond to ensure that your delivery goes where you want. Anything beyond kerbside is at the drivers discretion.

Deliveries on a pallet take between 3-5 working days.

Illustration comparing the dimensions of a 7.5-tonne truck and a van, cleverly juxtaposed with lawn edging scale units. The truck stands majestically at 7.5m long, 2.8m wide, and 3.4m tall, while the van measures a neat 4m long, 2.2m wide, and 2.7m tall.
Diagram of an 18-tonne truck with side and front views, akin to marking a precise garden border. Side view: 9.9m long, 1.8m width marked. Front view: 2.8m wide, 3.65m height noted—outlined as neatly as lawn edging.

Failed Delivery

There will be a re-delivery charge on each failed delivery attempt if there is no one able to receive the delivery, or the delivery is unable to be left safely. It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery point is suitable and that offloading has been arranged.
