EverEdge Media team had the pleasure of visiting the Gardeners World Live show twice this past week, to support up and coming Designer Samantha Stringer on her Showcase Garden ‘Think, All Things Pink!’ Samantha along with the Gardeners World Team designed a circular roundabout garden at the entrance of the show. A show stopping array of perfect pinks encased in our CorTen Titan Steel Edging. Right from the word go Samanthas vision was a circle of pinks kept in place with the deep CorTen steel highlighting the pink palette.
Samantha documented her design and build on her Instagram page @InSammysGarden giving updates at each stage and showing snippets of progress. Followers loved this and flocked in droves to come and meet the ‘Pink Garden’ lady and see the finished result. As you can tell from the pictures below, it worked really, really well earning Samantha the Gold she rightly deserved. In coversation Samantha said that the CorTen edging was always a main feature, to showcase that using a sleek simple design can highlight a garden amazingly. She said steel was chosen for its longevity and durability and in the Corten finish to complement the pink theme.
We are so pleased with how the garden took shape and the outcome using our heavy duty Titan edging. Samantha chose 300mm deep a) for aesthetic purposes, the deep steel edge is so striking and b) to allow her to plant within pots under the compost – this meant that when it came to end of show and plant sell off, the plants were able to be sold without being disturbed and off on their way happily to new homes.

Flexible enough to create curves this 2.5mm steel works really well at retaining the higher level and its contents. Also available are ProEdge and Titan, both of which are supplied in 2.5m long lengths in varying heights and are suitable for bigger commercial projects. We recommend these being installed by tradespeople.
