The website is open and orders are being taken again as we begin to emerge from lockdown.
Please visit the NHS website to stay in touch with all the latest advice on the coronavirus pandemic. Information can be found by clicking on this link.
The website is open and orders are being taken again as we begin to emerge from lockdown. EverEdge has proven to be extremely popular whilst people have been at home so stocks are going out as fast as they are coming in.
We fully expect that everyone who places an order will take delivery within 7 days but there may be a few exceptions. In these cases, we will keep customers up to date on expected delivery dates.
Thank you all again for your continued patience.
The website will be open again on the evening of Friday 19th June.
The stock offering on the website will be limited to items that are available for immediate dispatch.
The website remains closed to new orders whilst we catch up with the backlog of exiting orders. We expect all exisiting orders to be delivered by the 12th June.
We will review whether we can open the website again on the 1st June.
During lockdown people have been have been following the Government advice and staying home to protect the NHS and save lives. They have been using this time to work on their gardens and orders of EverEdge have increased dramatically. However, our production facilities remain in partial lockdown and stocks are running low.
We do have some stocks coming in each week now so we hope to be able to re-open by the 22nd May. Please keep checking back here for updates.
We are taking orders online but will not take payments. Stocks remain low, however we have now started to produce new stock again, safely and while following social distancing guidelines.
As and when stock is available, we will contact customers to take payments and arrange shipping and delivery.
Pressure has once again increased on the courier network so we have agreed to close our website to new order until 1st May. We can still take some limited order over the phone but we are being extra careful not to overload DHL. If you do place an order with us, please expect delivery to take longer than normal.
At the moment, larger, pallet sized orders, can still go through normally on a 48 hour service.
We are in constant communication with the couriers and the pressure has eased on the delivery service. With that in mind, we have re-opened part of our website to allow sales of the Classic range.
All other items remain closed for web sales at the moment but we would encourgae customers to call us or email to discuss what items they require.
We have taken the difficult decision today to close our doors to sales. After consulting with our courier delivery partners, we have decided that we need to allow them the space to deliver essential food and medicines. Whilst we may consider lawn edging to be an essential part of any garden, there are higher priorities right now.
Please continue to contact us for quotes. As soon as it is safe to re-open we fully intend to ramp up production as quickly as possible to help get landscapers, gardeners and contractors back in the game.
Stay safe out there and please continue to follow the government advice at all time. Stay home, stay safe and protect our NHS.
Although stocks remain healthy at EverEdge, distribution is becoming more difficult. To make it as clear as possible, I have listed below the items which can still be delivered. Please note, however, delivery times cannot be guaranteed
The below cannot currently be delivered
5. Any order from the first list weighing over 130kgs
We would like to reassure our customers that we have plenty of stock, all made in the UK and expect to be able to fullfill orders as they come in, within a few days for most products. If we are all in isolation at home, what else are we going to do but garden!
At the moment, in the UK, we are carrying on as normal whilst taking every precaution. Our warehouse staff have strict instructions to wash their hands regularly with soap and hot water. They do this before and after handling any orders. The sales and admin offices are still running as normal with anybody who can work from home doing so. Working from home may mean our service is slightly diminished from our normal standard so we would ask all customers to bear with us.
Overseas deliveries are more heavily affected with European countries closing borders and restricting access to certain types of properties. We will endeavour to update all overseas customers on the status of their orders as and when we have information.
Stay well, stay safe and please follow all the advice to the letter. There is no point in taking risks with the health of loved ones.
